Cream Cheese Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Other Ingredients:
- 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth.
- Assemble Bites: Unroll crescent dough and cut into 16 equal squares. Place about 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each square, fold edges over, and pinch to seal.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes. Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Cook Bites: Arrange bites seam-side down in a single layer, working in batches if needed. Brush tops with egg wash. Air fry for 6–8 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra heat, keep some jalapeño seeds in the filling.
- You can also wrap the bites in bacon before air frying for a smoky twist.
