For the Ravioli Bites:
- 1 package (9–12 ounces) refrigerated ravioli (cheese or meat-filled)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- olive oil spray
- chopped parsley and marinara sauce for serving
Instructions
- Mix the Cheese Filling: In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Fill the Ravioli: Spoon a small amount of the cheese mixture into each ravioli, then dip each ravioli in beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Air Fry: Place the breaded ravioli in the air fryer basket, spray with olive oil, and air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve: Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
- You can use frozen ravioli—just thaw completely before breading and air frying.
- For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs.
- These make a great party appetizer and can be assembled ahead and cooked just before serving.
