Tortilla Chips Layer:

  • 1 bag (10 ounces) tortilla chips

Cheese Layer:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Bean Mixture:

  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels, fresh or frozen
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Sour cream, guacamole, and salsa for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Bean Mixture: In a medium bowl, mix black beans, corn, onion, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and salt.
  3. Layer the Ingredients: Line the air fryer basket, layer tortilla chips, cheeses, and bean mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with cheese on top.
  4. Air Fry: Air fry for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted.
  5. Top and Serve: Remove nachos, top with tomatoes, olives, cilantro, and jalapeños. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
