Ingredients
Dill Pickle Chips:

Breading:
½ cup all-purpose flour, 2 large eggs, 1 tablespoon water, 1 cup panko breadcrumbs, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional), ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, cooking spray.
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Prepare Breading Stations: Place flour in a shallow bowl. In a second bowl, whisk eggs with water. In a third bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Coat Pickle Chips: Working in batches, coat each pickle chip in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly so crumbs stick.
- Air Fry: Arrange coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
