Pizza Dough:

- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- cornmeal or flour for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
- Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle or oval on a floured surface. Transfer it to parchment paper dusted with cornmeal.
- Add Toppings: Brush the dough with olive oil, spread BBQ sauce, add chicken, cheese, and onions. Transfer pizza to the hot stone or baking sheet.
