- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 large yellow onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Marinate the Beef: Combine sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Stir-Fry the Beef: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, stir-fry marinated beef until browned. Set aside.
- Cook Onions: Sauté sliced onion until softened, then add garlic.
- Combine and Serve: Return beef to the skillet, toss with onions, then season with black pepper. Garnish with green onions and serve hot over rice.
