Instructions
- Mascarpone Mixture: In a medium bowl, beat mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and orange liqueur until smooth and fluffy.
- Assembly: Lightly dip each ladyfinger into orange juice and arrange a single layer in the bottom of a large glass trifle dish. Spread one-third of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then top with one-third of the mixed berries. Repeat the layers twice more, ending with berries on top.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
