Ingredients
Pizza Dough:
1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
Garlic Butter:
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
Cheese Blend:
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Seasonings:
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon salt
For Serving:
Marinara or donair sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease a pizza pan.
- Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a 10- to 12-inch circle or rectangle on the prepared pan.
- Make Garlic Butter: Mix melted butter and minced garlic in a bowl, then brush it over the dough.
