Brownie Layer:
- 1 box (18.3 ounces) fudge brownie mix (plus eggs, oil, and water as called for on box)
Peanut Butter Layer:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Coating:
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
- Make brownie layer: Prepare brownie batter as directed on the package. Pour into the prepared pan and bake according to box instructions. Let cool.
- Prepare peanut butter layer: Mix peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies.
- Make chocolate coating: Melt chocolate chips and heavy cream in the microwave. Pour over peanut butter layer.
- Chill and serve: Chill brownies in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Cut into squares and enjoy!
