1 (15-ounce) container ricotta cheese, 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dried parsley,

Cheese Layers:

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, ½ cup crumbled blue cheese or ranch dressing (optional), ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 green onions (sliced, for garnish)


Instructions
