Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Add onion and garlic and sauté until softened and fragrant.
- Stir in cauliflower florets or riced cauliflower and cook for 5–7 minutes until tender.
- Pour in buffalo sauce and chicken broth, stirring to coat everything evenly.
- Season with smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese if using, cover for 1–2 minutes to melt, and garnish with green onions. Serve hot.
