For the Mousse:
- 200g Cadbury Flake bars (about 5 bars)
- 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Extra Cadbury Flake pieces for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the crust: Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter, press into a tart pan, and bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.
- Prepare the mousse: Crumble Cadbury Flake bars. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Fold in crumbled Flake bars.
- Assemble the tart: Spoon mousse into the crust, smooth the top, and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Serve: Garnish with extra Flake pieces before serving.
