  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1–2 drops red gel food coloring
  • 1–2 drops green gel food coloring

Instructions

  2. Prepare the Sauce: Sauté garlic and onion, then add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, herbs, salt, and pepper. Simmer, then stir in cream and Parmesan until smooth.
  3. Add Color: Divide sauce, color one part red and one part green. Toss each with pasta portions.
