Chicken:

Cornflake Coating:

  • 2 cups cornflake cereal, crushed
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Additional:

  • Nonstick cooking spray or oil for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare coating: Place crushed cornflakes in a shallow bowl. Whisk the eggs in a second bowl. Mix flour with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.
