- 3/4 cup uncooked stelline or star pasta
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
- Heat the Olive Oil: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Sauté Vegetables: Add diced onion, carrots, and celery, sauté for about 5 minutes until softened. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Add Broth and Pasta: Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil. Add thyme, parsley, and star pasta. Simmer for 8 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Finish Soup: Stir in shredded chicken, simmer for 2–3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Garnish with parsley.
