Ingredients
Pizza Dough:
1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
Olive Oil Mixture:
1 tablespoon olive oil
Chicken Topping:
1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Cheese and Toppings:
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced red onion
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
Finishing Touches:
1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
Chopped fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and lightly oil a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle or rectangle. Brush with olive oil.
- Season the Chicken: Toss cooked chicken with oregano and garlic powder. Spread mozzarella over the dough.
- Assemble Pizza: Add seasoned chicken, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and olives on top. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
