  • 3 tablespoons cold water

Additional:

Instructions

  1. Bloom the Gelatin: In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it bloom for 5–10 minutes.

  3. Add Gelatin: Whisk bloomed gelatin into the warm chocolate mixture until fully dissolved.
  4. Chill: Pour into ramekins or glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  5. Serve: Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
