Description

This festive no-bake Christmas Little Debbie Tree Cheesecake is a delightful holiday dessert combining creamy cheesecake filling with the nostalgic flavor of original vanilla Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes. Perfect for holiday gatherings, this easy-to-make cheesecake features a cookie crumb crust, creamy filling studded with cake chunks, and a beautiful garnish of whipped cream and red and green sprinkles.

Ingredients

Scale

Crust

  • 6 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (original vanilla flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Topping

  • Red and green sprinkles for topping
  • Whipped cream for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper. In a food processor, pulse 4 of the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes until fine crumbs form. Add melted butter and pulse until combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust. Place in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add vanilla extract and mix to combine. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  3. Add cake chunks to filling: Chop the remaining 2 Christmas Tree Cakes into small chunks and fold them into the cheesecake filling. Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  4. Chill to set: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until fully set.
  5. Serve and garnish: Before serving, garnish the cheesecake with whipped cream and sprinkle with red and green festive sprinkles for a holiday touch.
