Instructions
- Prepare Tart Shells: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the pie dough and cut into circles to fit into molds. Bake until golden brown. Cool.
- Make Cream Cheese Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, zests, and vanilla until smooth. Whip cream until stiff peaks form; fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Fill Tart Shells: Spoon filling into cooled tart shells. Top with berries.
