Cheesecake Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling:
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon cotton candy flavoring
- Pink and blue food coloring
Topping:
- Whipped cream
- Cotton candy
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix in vanilla, sour cream, heavy cream, and cotton candy flavoring.
- Color and Swirl: Divide batter, tint one portion pink and the other blue. Alternate spoonfuls of each in the pan, swirling lightly.
- Bake and Cool: Bake for 50–60 minutes. Let cool in the oven, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve: Top with whipped cream and cotton candy before serving.
Notes
- Avoid adding cotton candy topping until ready to serve.
- Use a water bath to prevent cracks.
- Raspberry extract can be used instead of cotton candy flavoring.
