Cheesecake Crust:

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon cotton candy flavoring
  • Pink and blue food coloring

Topping:

  • Whipped cream
  • Cotton candy

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
  2. Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix in vanilla, sour cream, heavy cream, and cotton candy flavoring.
  3. Color and Swirl: Divide batter, tint one portion pink and the other blue. Alternate spoonfuls of each in the pan, swirling lightly.
  4. Bake and Cool: Bake for 50–60 minutes. Let cool in the oven, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Serve: Top with whipped cream and cotton candy before serving.
