Description

Main Crab Mixture:

  • 1 cup lump crab meat (picked over for shells)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Wrappers:

  • 20–24 wonton wrappers or small phyllo cups

Additional:

  • olive oil spray or melted butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a mini muffin tin or baking sheet.
  2. Mix the crab filling: Combine crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, green onions, and shredded cheese in a bowl.
  3. Prepare the wrappers: Place wonton wrappers in muffin cups or phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
