Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the ripe bananas, banana pudding mix, cold milk, heavy cream (or whipped topping), and vanilla extract. Blend the mixture until it is smooth and creamy, ensuring all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Add Texture: Stir in the crushed vanilla wafers by hand to add a pleasant texture to the popsicle mix without blending them too finely.
- Fill Molds: Pour the mixture evenly into the popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top to allow for expansion while freezing. Tap the molds gently to release any trapped air bubbles for a smooth finish.
