  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy/whipping cream
  • 5 ounces fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare Chicken: Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then lightly dredge in flour to coat.

  7. Wilt Spinach: Stir fresh baby spinach into the sauce and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  8. Incorporate Cheese: Add the freshly grated parmesan cheese and stir until melted, creating a smooth, creamy sauce.
