- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 ounces egg noodles
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook Chicken: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Stir in garlic and ranch seasoning.
- Cook Noodles: Add egg noodles, chicken broth, and heavy cream to the skillet. Simmer for 8–10 minutes until noodles are tender.
- Finish Dish: Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and cheddar cheese until creamy. Adjust seasoning, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
