Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water, then set the pasta aside.

- Deglaze with broth: Pour in the chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet to incorporate more flavor into the sauce.

- Combine sausage and sauce: Return the cooked sausage to the skillet and stir well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
- Toss with pasta: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss thoroughly to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water one tablespoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
- Season: Taste and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to your preference.
- Garnish and serve: Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the dish before serving for a burst of fresh flavor and color.
