Description

These Crispy Parmesan Garlic Potatoes are a flavorful side dish with a satisfying crunch. Baby potatoes are tossed with Parmesan, garlic, and seasonings, then baked to perfection. A delicious and easy addition to any meal!

Ingredients

Scale

Potatoes:

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved

Seasoning:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Garnish:

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Extra Parmesan for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Toss potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Bake: Spread the potatoes cut side down in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the bottom.
  4. Finish: Remove from the oven, cool slightly, loosen the crispy bottoms with a spatula, transfer to a serving dish, and garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For ultra-crispy results, avoid overcrowding the pan and don’t move the potatoes while baking.
  • You can use Yukon Gold or red potatoes if baby potatoes aren’t available.
