Dill Pickle Hot Sauce:
- 1 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 cup pickle brine
- 1–2 jalapeños chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
- 1 small garlic clove minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the chopped pickles, pickle brine, jalapeños, garlic, dill, vinegar, mustard, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust seasoning or heat level as needed. For a thinner sauce, add more brine one tablespoon at a time.
- Simmer: Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes to meld the flavors.
- Cool and Store: Let cool, then transfer to a clean glass bottle or jar. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using to allow flavors to develop. Shake well before each use.
