Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Cheese: In a small bowl, mix together the cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Assemble: Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the cheese mixture onto each cracker and gently press down.
  4. Bake: Place the crackers on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 6–8 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Cool and Garnish: Let cool for 2 minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
