  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the gravy:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (for gravy)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the beef patties: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, garlic powder, onion powder, egg, salt, and pepper. Shape into 4 oval patties.
