Instructions

  3. Shape and Boil: Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Divide the risen dough into 6 pieces, roll each into a rope, cut into 1-inch bites. Boil in water with baking soda.
  4. Bake: Transfer the boiled pretzel bites to the baking sheets, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with salt, and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
