Ingredients
Pistachio Pudding Mix:
1 (3.4 oz) package instant pistachio pudding mix;
Crushed Pineapple:
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice;
Mini Marshmallows:
1 cup mini marshmallows;
Pecans:
1/2 cup chopped pecans;
Whipped Topping:
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
Instructions
- Combine Pudding and Pineapple: In a large mixing bowl, mix the pistachio pudding and crushed pineapple with juice until well blended and thickened.
- Add Marshmallows and Pecans: Fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped pecans.
- Blend in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping until evenly mixed.
