Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare cake pans.
- Prepare dry ingredients: Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix butter and sugar: Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; add egg whites and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry: Alternate adding dry and wet ingredients to the butter mixture, then fold in sprinkles.
- Bake: Divide batter, bake for 28–32 minutes, then cool cakes.
- Make frosting: Beat butter, add sugar and flavorings, and frost cooled cakes.
