Ice Cream Layer:

- 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat and Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare Funfetti cake batter as per package instructions. Bake in two 9-inch round cake pans for 20–25 minutes. Cool cakes on wire racks.
- Prepare Ice Cream Layer: Line a 9-inch cake pan with plastic wrap. Spread softened ice cream in pan, sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles, and freeze for 2–3 hours.
- Assemble: Layer cakes and ice cream, top with whipped topping, sprinkles, and cherries. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
