Sautéed Peppers and Onions:

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Additional:
- 4 hoagie or sausage rolls
- Optional condiments (mustard, mayonnaise, or melted provolone cheese)
Instructions
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Grill the Sausages: Grill the sausages for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and nicely charred on the outside.
- Sauté Peppers and Onions: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced peppers and onions, then season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 10–12 minutes until the vegetables are soft and slightly caramelized.
- Toast the Rolls: Toast the rolls on the grill during the last 2–3 minutes of cooking.
- Assemble the Sandwiches: Place each sausage in a roll and top generously with the sautéed peppers and onions. Add condiments or cheese if desired.
