Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Carrots: Toss the carrots with olive oil, harissa paste, maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25–30 minutes until tender.
- Make the Whipped Feta: Blend feta, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth. Add water if needed.
