For the Egg Mixture:
- 8 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer Ingredients: Spread hashbrowns in the dish, top with sausage, onion, bell pepper, and cheddar cheese.
- Mix Egg Mixture: Whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over casserole.
