  • 8 whole wheat tortillas

Filling:

  • 1 cup cooked turkey sausage crumbles
  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Prepare Vegetables: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Add diced onion and bell peppers and cook until softened.
