  • tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • cup of uncooked fettuccine
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chopped parsley


Melt butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet.

Add garlic and cook for about 2 minutes.

Mix in chicken broth, milk, and fettuccine noodles, season with salt and pepper.

Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally for approximately 20 minutes.

Stir in Parmesan. Add more milk as desired until desired consistency is reached.

Serve immediately.

Note: This recipe is also great with leftover chicken.

  • garlic cloves, crushed

Cook pasta in a pot of boiling water.

While pasta is cooking, add olive oil and garlic in pan over the medium heat.

Stir until the garlic is fragrant then add the chili flakes and tomatoes to the pan and then cook over the medium-high heat. Bring to a slow boil and add the pasta to the pan, mixing thoroughly.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and allow it to cook until the sauce thickens slightly.

Toss with parsley and serve with crusty bread and parmesan cheese.

Broccoli Mac and Cheese

Allow sauce to cook for 3-4 minutes until it is thick and creamy. Add Dijon mustard and cheese, then remove from heat.

Drain pasta and broccoli and mix with the cheese sauce. Stir well and serve immediately.

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 green and 1 red pepper
  • 1 tomato


Cook pasta until soft. Drain and set aside to cool.

Stir in 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1/3 cup of Ranch dressing, and spices.

Add grated cheese and chicken or tuna and mix thoroughly.

If the salad is not creamy enough add more mayonnaise and/or ranch dressing until desired creaminess is reached.

Mix in vegetables and allow the salad to sit, refrigerated. Serve and enjoy.
