1 cup (frozen)
Green Beans:
1 cup (frozen)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-6 minutes.
- Drain excess fat if necessary. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the carrots, celery, and potatoes. Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, basil, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the corn and green beans, and cook for another 5 minutes until heated through. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving if desired.

- For extra flavor, use fire-roasted diced tomatoes.
