Instructions
- Melt Gum Base: In a double boiler over low heat, melt the gum base pellets until fully melted, stirring occasionally.
- Combine Ingredients: Stir in corn syrup and glycerin until smooth. Remove from heat and quickly add flavoring and coloring.
- Add Powdered Sugar: Gradually stir in powdered sugar until the mixture stiffens.
- Knead and Shape: Transfer the gum to a sugared surface, knead until smooth, and shape as desired.
- Rest and Store: Let the gum sit for 1–2 hours before storing in an airtight container.
