Main Meatball Mixture:

- ½ cup breadcrumbs

- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Honey Garlic Sauce:
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F: Combine meatball ingredients in a bowl, roll into 1-inch meatballs, and bake for 15–18 minutes.
- Make the sauce: Simmer honey, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar. Thicken with cornstarch slurry.
- Coat meatballs: Add baked meatballs to sauce and simmer to heat through. Serve warm with garnishes.
