  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Honey Garlic Sauce:

  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F: Combine meatball ingredients in a bowl, roll into 1-inch meatballs, and bake for 15–18 minutes.
  2. Make the sauce: Simmer honey, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar. Thicken with cornstarch slurry.
  3. Coat meatballs: Add baked meatballs to sauce and simmer to heat through. Serve warm with garnishes.
