- 1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced into coins
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the Honey Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar or lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
- Cook the Sausage: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned, about 4–5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Steam the Broccoli: In the same skillet, add the broccoli with a splash of water. Cover and steam for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender. Remove lid and cook for another 2 minutes until bright green and slightly crisp. Transfer broccoli to the plate with sausage.
- Cook the Shrimp: Add the remaining olive oil to the skillet. Cook shrimp in a single layer for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
- Combine Everything: Return sausage and broccoli to the skillet, pour in the honey garlic sauce, and toss everything together. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the ingredients.
- Serve: Serve hot over rice, noodles, or enjoy on its own.
