Instructions

  3. Prepare the Avocado Mixture: In a small bowl, mix diced avocado, red onion, and cilantro with a pinch of salt and lime juice.
  4. Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Slice chicken.
  5. Assemble the Stack: Layer the stack in this order: a base of rice, topped with sliced chicken, avocado mixture, and a drizzle of reserved honey-lime sauce. Garnish with lime wedges.
