- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Make the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, whole grain mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Prepare the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Broil for the last 2–3 minutes for extra browning.
- Rest and serve: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
