Chicken Thighs:

- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
