- 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions
- Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth and well blended.
- Layering: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch dish. Spoon salsa on top and spread into an even layer. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving with tortilla chips.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, use hot salsa or add chopped jalapeños.
