For the Tacos:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 8 large flour tortillas

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Cook Beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess grease, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.
- Assemble Tacos: Spread sour cream on tortillas, add taco meat, salsa, cheeses, and green onions. Fold and roll up each tortilla to form a pocket.
- Bake: Place tacos on baking sheet, seam-side down, and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
- Serve: Let cool, add toppings, and enjoy!
