Ingredients for Meatball Sliders:
- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
- 12 small cooked meatballs (beef, turkey, or plant-based)
- 1½ cups marinara sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- Prepare Sliders: Slice buns in half, place bottom halves in baking dish. Add meatballs, marinara, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Top with bun halves.
- Season and Bake: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush over buns. Cover with foil, bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes until golden.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
