Chicken Patty Ingredients

  1. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Form Patties: Shape the mixture into small patties approximately 1 to 1 1/2 inches in diameter, ensuring they hold together well.
  3. Heat Oil: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
  4. Cook Patties: Add the patties to the skillet in batches if necessary, so as not to overcrowd the pan. Cook each patty for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they develop a golden brown crust and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), indicating they are fully cooked through.
  5. Rest and Serve: Remove the patties from the skillet and set them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute.

Notes

  • You can substitute fresh oregano with dried oregano if fresh is not available.
