These Mediterranean Chicken Patties are packed with flavor from feta cheese, fresh herbs, and lemon zest. Easy to make and versatile, they can be served in pita bread, with tzatziki sauce, or on a salad.

Chicken Patties:
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, feta cheese, red onion, parsley, dill, lemon zest, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape Patties: Divide mixture into 6 portions and shape into patties.
- Cook Patties: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve: Enjoy warm with tzatziki sauce, in pita bread, or on a salad.
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can use almond flour instead of breadcrumbs.
- These patties also work well grilled instead of pan-fried.
